Thom's No Cook Pasta Sauce

2 cups fresh, ripe tomatoes, chopped
cup extra virgin olive oil
1 green bell pepper, charred, skinned and chopped
1 cups cubed white cheese (fontina, gouda, provolone, Monterey Jack or farmers cheese)
4 + cloves of garlic, crushed
1 TBS lemon juice
cup fresh basil (or 3 tsp. dried)
tsp. dried oregano
tsp. fresh ground black pepper
salt and pepper to taste
