Techniques for folding the parchment paper
![]() Step 1 Cut a 12- 15" square piece of parchment paper into a "valentine" shape and place the salmon and other ingredients on the right side of the "heart". |
![]() Step 2 Fold the left side over the right side and start folding from the top, about 1" per fold. |
![]() Step 3 Using the same technique, follow the curve of the heart, easing the folds as you follow the curve. |
![]() Step 4 At the end, you should have a "tail" about 1" long extending beyond the tip. |
![]() Step 5 Fold the tail under the packet so the weight of the packet keeps it secure. |
